I added the neocat woozy emoji for now

however i wanna figure out how to properly import all the neomojis as smiley paks! gotta research


also, I set maximum signature image height to 150px, but it seems like it doesn't affect existing signatures lol

how about replacing the phpBB icon with something more meaningful? Like e.g. a more universal Twink than just usual twinkes? ... I must confess that I am not a twink in any sense of it and there are many a meanings available..haha?

I can try to create something if you like? Something more, hm, Anime or Manga style?

yea, without themes, with themes, it's the theme's logo instead

ah yea, i replaced the logo for the prosilver and blackboard themes, tho i didn't touch the retro themes because i thought it'd kinda look out of place with the aesthetic
