I'm thinking some LLM bot trying to fake activity but idk why someone would do that.

if there is an uptick of nsfw content especially graphical there may be retribution from the server provider or domain registrar.
From a registrar POV, it's just adhering to the cynical big company TOS thing of you can talk about almost anything and picture nsfw means nipple/genitals.

We could also make the whole forum majors only.
I don't expect that option to be picked by a majority of users but just in case, it's what I would favor.
